Cavalcade of Wings is a 501(3)(c) nonprofit that documents, displays, and maintains the aviation history for the Albuquerque Sunport, Kirtland Air Force Base, and the State of New Mexico. The Cavalcade of Wings aviation museum located at the Albuquerque Sunport dates back to 1965 and contains over 900 scale aircraft models. Cavalcade of Wings also collects and displays aviation related insignia, photos, and artifacts. As a nonprofit, Cavalcade of Wings relies on donations to continue documenting and displaying aviation history related to New Mexico. Donations from the general public and/or aviation enthusiasts go a long way in acquiring models and aviation artifacts as well as making improvements to the displays and are greatly appreciated.
