The American Air Export and Import Company (AAXICO) was a Logair contractor for the United States Air Force that provided air freight service to and from Kirtland Air Force Base from 1956 to 1959. AAXICO used the versatile Curtiss C-46 Commando, number N67942, as one of the aircraft that flew to Kirtland AFB during the contract period.
A couple other AAXICO aircraft that delivered or picked up freight at Kirtland AFB.
